Terms and Conditions
These terms describe how to use the information and links provided by VidMate Old Version.
Using this website
By using VidMate Old Version, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
This is an independent informational archive, not the official VidMate website. It publishes details about older APK builds, historical notes and links to available files.
Website information
We work to keep version names, build codes and other technical records accurate, but older software records may be incomplete or conflicting. Content may be corrected, updated or removed when appropriate. The website does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every record will remain unchanged.
APK links and device decisions
Links to APK files or third-party hosting are offered for convenience. Before downloading or installing, decide whether the file and version suit your needs, check device compatibility and preserve any local data you need. You are responsible for complying with rules and laws that apply to you and for deciding whether to install third-party software.
We cannot guarantee that an older build will work on every device or that its online services remain available.
Acceptable use
Please do not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code or abuse the contact form. Copyright and privacy requests are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Ordinary browsing and search-engine crawling are not prohibited by this section.
Intellectual property and external services
Original writing, layout and site-specific graphics may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party trademarks, app names, software and copyrighted materials remain with their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of third-party rights.
External sites and download hosts have their own content, availability and policies. We do not control changes made by those third parties.
Limits of information and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational content are provided under our Disclaimer without a guarantee that they will always be error-free, continuously available, suitable for every purpose or compatible with every device.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VidMate Old Version is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting solely from reliance on website information, third-party websites, or a user’s decision to install third-party software. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these Terms or site content when reasonably necessary and will revise the date above after a material change. These Terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing here is intended to limit rights or obligations that cannot legally be limited in a visitor’s jurisdiction.
